How do I generate a video?
Pick a template, choose from dances like the Macarena or funny reactions like Side Eye and Guilty Look. Then upload a photo of your pet, select standard or pro quality, and tap Generate. Your video will be ready in about a minute.
What kinds of videos can I make?
PetMax offers two categories of templates: Dances (Gangnam Style, Floss, Running Man, and more) and Funny Actions (Dramatic Turn, Side Eye, Guilty Look, Sneeze Attack, and more). We are always adding new ones.
What photos work best?
Clear, well-lit photos where your pet is fully visible work best. Front-facing photos with a simple background produce the best results.
How do credits work?
Videos cost credits to generate. Standard quality costs 100 credits and pro quality costs 300 credits. New users get free credits to try it out, enough for your first video. You can buy credit packs or subscribe for monthly credits in the app.
What's the difference between standard and pro?
Pro quality uses a more advanced AI model that produces higher-fidelity videos with better detail and smoother animation. Standard quality is great for most videos and costs fewer credits.
My video generation failed. Was I charged?
No. If a video fails to generate due to a technical error, your credits are automatically refunded. If you notice missing credits, please contact us.
How do I restore my purchases on a new device?
Go to the Credits screen in the app and tap "Restore Purchases". This will restore any credits linked to your App Store account.
How do I delete my data?
Go to Settings in the app and tap "Delete All Data". This will permanently remove all your photos, videos, and account data.
Can I use generated videos commercially?
Generated videos are for personal use. For commercial use, please contact us at support@petmax.ai.
